Joshua Massey (right) and Tyler Jones (left) are the awesome team that installed our new TRANE heat pump system. This was a complete replacement of our 25 year old TRANE heat pump including new ductwork overhead. These guys worked hard and went above and beyond the call of duty including removing the old compressor and the old air handler. Josh and Tyler even removed the nasty old understructure ductwork - THAT was a dirty job, but they got it done without complaint. These fellows are professional, courteous and a real pleasure to work with. They are a credit to the folks at SOHAC. We and our dogs have adopted them into our extended family. Rick C.

We purchased a new unit from SOHAC about 18 months ago and it stopped working this week on a nice cold night. We called to get someone out to service the unit and were told it would be the following day - which sounded great. Better yet, that afternoon they called and said the service person finished early and was on his way. He did a lot of testing and the manufacturer finally decided what parts to ship. This is when we learned the warranty on the unit was only 12 months. 2nd day, another call saying the part is in and Gabriel came back to install it. Once that was in, they found another issue. Day 3 and we have heat and were not charged for the service. Gabriel was great communicating what was happening, notifying us when he was on the way, and very fast and efficient at his work. We would definitely use Southern Oregon Heating and Air Conditioning again and highly recommend their work! – Theresa M.

Now it's 3 years since they installed my unit and I just had them come by for maintenance check and they once again blew me away with their fantastic work. My AC started going berserk, of course in the middle of a heat wave! At one point it was 90° inside the house, we were miserable. Brandon from Southern Oregon Heating and Air to the rescue!! He was able to quickly locate the source of the problem and had it fixed in no time, for a very reasonable price. Now my kids say they’re “cold” in the house, the AC is working so efficiently! I have been a customer of Southern Oregon Heating and Air since 2008. I have always gotten the best service. This year I am having to replace my A/C unit and I'm gonna have a TRANE again--yea.
